her Oath saith that sometime in or about the Month of February on Thousand
Seven hundred and sixty Nine a Quantity of Lace and two pair or Mecklin
Rufles the property of

her Husband was feloniously taken
and Stolen from a Box in a Dining Room used by the said

She has reasonable Ground to Suspect and she does suspect that

stole the same For that
about six Weeks agoThe said

was then frequently at their House And that about six Weeks
ago The said

brought and offered to Sell to her the said
Ruffles which she well knew But being then Engaged with Company
She suffered him to take again the same And that sometimes afterwards
the said

also brought and offered to Sell to her a Piece of
joining Lace containing about seven Yards which she also knew to be
Past of the Lace so Stolen by a Cypher which she had put upon the same, And
that she then stopt the same.
