Mayernard Street St. Giles's taken before me,
one of His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County

[..] being upon Oath saith that
a Person now present who calls himself
James Ford< no role > otherwise James Dunn< no role > did lay
with this Informant all Night on
Sunday Night last and this Informant
further saith that the said James went< no role >
away from her on the Monday morning
and that he did not lay with then on Monday
Night last but believes he went and lay
at his Moshars.
