before me this 28th. day of February 1770

Who being upon Oath says that on Wednesday Evening the
14th. day of February Instant he was robbed in Great George Street
Westminster of his hat and Stick by three Persons about 12 o'Clock
that he called the Watch, says he was knocked down, Joseph Fezant< no role > .

The Information of Mary Wheatley< no role > and Elizabeth
Bishop< no role > taken before me this 28th. day of
February 1770

Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said Mary Wheatley< no role > for herself
says that on Wednesday Night the 14th. of February Instant she was going home
do [..] Great George Street Westminster about 12 o'Clock, that she then and
there saw three persons now present who call themselves John Deacon< no role > Joseph
Cox< no role > and William Ackroyd< no role > who spoke to this Informant, that very soon
afterwards she heard a Gentleman cry out Watch and Stop Thief in George
Street , and the Said Elizabeth Bishop< no role > for herself Says that on the Same
night about 12 or 1 o'Clock she was going home and that she was stopped near
White hall by three persons in Soldiers Habits and further says that
two persons now present who call themselves Joseph Cox< no role > and William
Ackroyd< no role > are two of the Said three persons who stopt her as aforesaid
