The Information of Benjamin Hall< no role >
taken before me this 28th. day of Febry. 1770

Who being upon Oath says that on the 25th. or 26th. day of January
last in the Evening he was robbed of three Guineas a half Guinea
and a Quarter Guinea in Gold about fourteen Shillings in Silver
and about eight Shillings in half pence by four Footpads three
of whom attacked this Informant & the other stood at Some
little Distance, says that the said Robbery was committed
a little beyond the Angel Gardens near Sun Tavern Fields and
that the said Footpuds likewise cut off this Informant's
Pocket containing the above mentioned Halfpence, says
that a person now present who calls himself Thomas
Bowers
< no role > is one of the Persons who robbed him as aforesaid
and that he verily believes another Person now present who calls
himself John Kellyhorn< no role > to be another of the Said Footpads
