And the said Mr: Avis Mr: Fisher Mr: Jackson & Mr. Riggben
Severally put up the Majority was declared to have fallen on Mr; Avis Mr
Fisher and Mrs: Jackson who being a Second time put the Majority [..]
fall on Mr: Avis and Mr. Fisher and the said Mr: Avis and Mr:
Fisher being again put up the Majority was for Mr; Fisher who was
thereupon duly Elected Vestry Clerk of this Parish for the Ensuing Year.

At a Vestry held for the Freedom part of this Parish in the Vestry
Room in the Tabernacle on Monday January the 18th. 1741

Read and Confirmed the Orders and Proceedings of the last Meeting of [..]

The Vestry was informed that on the Death of Mr; Jeremiah Bentham< no role > This name instance is in set 2192.
the late Vestry Clerk who was Administrator de bonis non etc with the Willam
of the late St: John Cass< no role > to Substantiate the Proceedings on the Information
Exhibited in the high Court of Chancery for carrying the Will of the said St. John
Cass into Execution for the benefit of the Charities by him intended for this Ward
that thereupon it was absolutely Necessary that another Administrator show
be admitted for the Purposes aforesaid before the Cause could be heard or a Compleat
Decree be pronounced in the Cause Whereupon

A Motion was made to desire the present Vestry Clerk Mr; Fisher to
take on him such Administration being Indempnified for so doing by the Vestry
Parish which on the Question being put was carried in the Affirmative

Mr Fisher being present and desired by the Church wardens to
on him such Administration on the aforesaid Indempnity readily agreed thereto

Ordered that the Committee appointed to inspect the management
of the said Affair by order of Vestry of the 29th: of November 1739 be revived and
that Mr; Jno Price be added thereto in the room of Mr. Fry
