Room adjoyning to the late Church on Tuesday the 26th: of January 1741 .

Read and Confirmed the Minutes and Proceedings of the last Vestry

Mr: Churchwarden Grace acquainted the Vestry that the
Committee appointed by Order of Vestry of the 31st: of December last to
Consider of ways and means to discharge the Outstanding Debts
in the Upper Churchwardenships of Mr; Henry Wright< no role > & also
of the late Mr: Thomas Harvey< no role > deced had met & signed a Report

And the said Report was now read Whereby it appears that their
Examining the Parish and Wards Accounts for Seven years last past there
had been reced by the Bell and Burial mony and Fines and Surplusses
of Rents as follows (Vizt:)

By Fines for Parish Offices about£838..0s..0d

By Ballance of Foremens Accounts which
includes Fines for Ward Offices about}£201..0s..0d

By Auditings of Renter Wardens Accounts Wch
includes the Bell and Burial mony & Surplusses of
Rents about}£151..0s..0d
In all£1190..0s..0d

Whichman Average amounts to annually about£170..0s..0d

And the said Committee having Considered of ways and means to discharge
the said Debts and could find out no other than Appropriating the above Incomes
for that Purpose

Referred the above Report and the Report of the Committee for Examining
the late Mr; Harveys Upper Wardens Accounts & the Outstanding Debts in Mr
Henry Wrights< no role > Upper Wardenship to a general Vestry of the whole Freedom part
of the Parish which is ordered to be held in the Tabernacle on Tuesday the 2d: day
