& any Five have power to Act all being Summoned

Ordered that Mr; Wright's Upper Churchwardens Account
be audited this day 4 weeks & that Mr; Churchwarden Harvey do given
Notice accordingly

At a Meeting of the Committee relating to Somerset
Street in the Vestry Room in the Church On Tuesday the 21st. of July

Mr; Finch one of the Tenants of the Parish attended the Committee &
the several opinions of Council were read relating to the said Houses & a
fuller Case was ordered to be drawn by the Clerk of the Vestry & to be had before
an Eminent Council for his Opinion & the same to be reported at the next meeting of the Committee

At a Meeting of the Committee of Inspection relating to
Somerset Street in the Vestry Room in the Church On Thursday the 18th Septr. 17 [..]

The Case relating to the Houses in Somerset Street between the Parish and
Mr. Finch Surviving Executor of Mr; Hyett with the Sollictor Generalls
Opinion was read Whereupon It was ordered that the Clerk of the Vestry do give Mr
Finch Notice to appoint a meeting of the Committee to settle the Affair.

At a Meeting of the Committee of Inspection relating to Somerset
Street on Tuesday the 23d: of December 1740 at the Bell Tavern in Aldgate Church Row
