Weldales from the said Moor & to pay all monies which have been reced
for the said Premises for one year from Midsummer 1740 to Midsummer
last to the Parish the Parish Indempnifying Mr; Finch & the Mr
Weldales from the Ground Rent in Mr; Hyels Lease & the Covnts :
in Mr; Moors Leases from them the Parish to have the immediate
Possession of the Premises all what was agreed to & the sevrall Assign
& other matters to be compleated in 1 month from the Date as Witness the
Hands of the said Parties
