And now the Vestry took into Consideration the last mentioned [..]
of the committee as to ways and means for Discharging the Debts in the firs [..]
mentioned Report And after several Debates in relation thereto a Mot [..]
was made that the Church Wardens of the Freedom part of the Parish
for the time being be Impowered to borrow any Sum or Sums of mony no [..]
Exceeding in the whole the Sum of Seven Hundred Pounds on the Cre [..]
of the said appropriated Fines for Parish Offices and Surplusses of
Ward Fines to be applied for and towards paying and Discharging the
said Debts which upon the Question put was carried in the Affirmative

Referred the further Consideration of ways and means for
Discharging the said Debts to the same Committee already appointed for the [..]
Purpose who are to Report their further Opinion there of the next General Vest [..]

At a Vestry held for the Freedom part of the Parish in the
Tabernacle on Saturday the 20th: day of March 1741.
