By Auditings of Renter Wardens Accounts
which includes the Bell and Burialmony and
Surplusses of Rents about} £151..0s..0d
In All £1190..0s..0d

Which on an Average amounts to annually about£170..0s..0d

And that they having Considered of way and means to discharge
the aforesaid Debts could find out no other than Appropriating the above Income
for that Purpose

Whereupon after Considering the said Reports It was proposed
and Moved That this Vestry do Agree to Appropriate the Fines that
shall be reced for Parish Offices and the Surplusses of the Fines for Ward
Offices as a Fund for raising mony to Discharge and pay off the said Debts
which upon the Question being put was carried in the Affirmative

A Motion was made that every Parishioner of the Freedom part of
this Parish who for the future shall desire to fine for any Parish Office and shall
be admitted so to do shall pay such Fine into the hands of a Treasurer to be from
time to time appointed to receive the same And in Case of Neglect or Refusal
so to do or paying the same to any other Person than such Treasurer that such
Parishioner shall be and remain elligable to such Office And after Debating the same
and the Question put it was carried in the Affirmative Nem: Con:

A Motion was made that no Foreman of the Inquest of the
Freedom part of this Parish shall for the Future Expend on any one
Account more than three pounds without an Order of Vestry first had
and Obtained for that purpose which after Debating the same and
the Question put was carried in the Affirmative

A Motion was made that were any Person shall give his
Note for his Fine for any Ward Office to the Foreman of the Inquest such
Foreman shall take such Note payable to himself or Bearer And that
every Foreman shall make up his Accounts relating to his said Office on
or before Lady day in every respective year next after such Foreman shall be
out of his said Office And that every Foreman shall pay the Surplusses
of the Ward Fine remaining on such Account in his hands imediately
upon making up such his Accounts into the hands of a Treasurer to be from time
to time appointed by order of Vestry to receive the same And after Debating the same
