for the Year
Ensuing to commence from Midsummer next And a agreed that the Churchwarden
& Overseers of the Poor and the Deputy and Common Council Men for the time being
And for Houndsditch Precinct

for Barrs Precinct Mr; Wellburne Mr: Gordon Mr; Parry Mr; Prescott & Mr; Ridley
for Tower Hill
Precinct Mr; Abbott Mr, Fawcett Mr; Brazier Mr; Hawes
Mr: Aldersey Mr; Jones & Mr; Watts for Covent Garden
Precinct Mr; Price
Mr; Rogers Mr; Edwards & Mr; Adams be & are by this Vestry appointed a
Committee And it is by this Vestry agreed that Mr; Grace the present Upper
Churchwardens be the Treasurer of the Workhouse
for the year Ensuing
Ordered and Agreed that any four of the said Committee with the
Treasurer
or in his Absence the Renter Churchwarden have power to Act the whole being
Ordered and Agreed that the Overseers of the Poor
for the time being
Do collect the Poors Rate monthly & pay the same into the Hands of the Master
of the Workhouse
whose Receipt should be a sufficient Discharge for the same And
that the Master do immediately pay the mony so reced by him into the Hands of
the Treasurer
for the time being.
Ordered that the Names of the Committee be put up in the Comittee
Room at the Workhouse
Ordered that the Churchwardens do send a Coppy of this Order to
the sevrall Overseers of the Poor
Ordered and Agreed that the Committee of the Workhouse
be the Auditors of the late Treasurer
Harveys Account And that any 5 of
them have power to Act the Whole being Summoned
