charges of the same & that he was to be heard by Council before the Committee to whom
the Bill was referred concerning the same Whereupon it was ordered that Mr.
Bentham Do prepare a Case on behalf of the Parish & to fee Council to be heard
before the Committee against the said Petition

Trustees inserted therein

Over Rate unreced by the late Mr; Harvey in their severall Precincts.
Ordered that the Churchwarden do use his Endeavours to get the arrears
of Rent due from the Parish of Sfor the House in the Mineries
& to get the
Possession of the same in the most beneficial manner for the Parish
Mr; Groves complained that the Rent he paid for the Pall was so large
that he was not able to pay the same
