a house in Saint Martin Le Grand in the Parish of Saint
Leonard in Foster Lane in the City of London at the Year
Rent of Sixteen Pounds & lived there for the Space [..]
a year & upwards & was Charged to and paid Parish Tax
for the same and by means there of as he is advised gained a
legal settlement there and this Depont. Saith that he ha [..]
not since rented a house of the yearly Rent or value of
Ten Pounds nor served any Parish office or paid any
Poors Rates or Kings Taxes nor to his knowledge or beli [..]
hath he done any act to gain a Subsequent Settlement
And that he hath a wife named Elizabeth< no role >
