Mary Farrer< no role > singlewoman Maketh oath That she is the
Daughter of Edward Farrer< no role > by Alice< no role > his wife both deced And
this Depont. Saith that her said late Mother has informed her
(& which information she believes to be true) That divers Years
ago her Father Rented a house in Maudlins Rents in the Parish
of St. Botolph without Aldgate in the County of Middlesex at the
Yearly Rent of Five Pounds or thereabouts and that during such
her Fathers Residence there he was Charged to and Paid the
Kings Tax for the same And this Depont. Cannot Set forth wheth [..]
her Said Father; or her Mother after his Death; ever did any
Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement And this Depont. farther
Saith that she was born in Maudlins Rents aforesaid And that
she never was an Apprentice nor ever lived as a hired Servant
for a year nor ever did any Act to gain a Settlement in her own
right.
