maketh oath That her said late Husband duly served his
apprenticeship with one John moody< no role > a Smith in the Parish
of St. Mary (near or adjoining to the Town of New Castle
upon Tyne) in the County of Durham and by means th [..]
as she is advised he gained a legal settlement there and this
Deponent Saith that to her knowledge or belief her said
husband did not afterwards to do any act to gain a subsequent
Settlement nor hath she this Deponent done any Act to
gain a Settlement in her own Right since her said late
husbands Death.
