Husband served in the said Office near Ten years and hopes to the Governors
satisfactionThat the profits of the said place have been but very small being
not sufficient to maintain her and her said late husband and familyThat she
is very poor and has four small Children to provide for and as she will be obliged to
quit her Appartment in this Hospital to make room for the person who is to succeed
her said late Husband she will be intirely destitute of all means to support herself
unless releived by the GovernorsThat part of the Garrett of the Appartment late

in Towerstreet whereon
he was to build one or more Messuages applyed to the Governors of this Hospital
to have a Lease of a Door way from the said Tenements (when built) in Fowk's Court
for the Term of 56 years from Christmass then lastThat by an Order of Court
of the 10th. March 1720 It was Ordered that a Lease should be made of such doorway

Taxes Subject to the Corenants and Provisoes in the said Order mentionedThat
by Indenture dated 30th. Novr. 1721 made between said Richard Strowd< no role >

did declare
that his name in the said Lease was only used In Trust for the said Sopp his
Executors Administrators and Assigns and did accordingly assign over the premisses
