and Servant of the two Hospitals of Bridewell
and Bethlem
for Gratuitys
Salarys and Wages with all Orders for the Good Government of the Hospitals be
laid before the Committee of each Hospital and that the said Committees do severally
Report to the generall Court what is the Care Trust and duty of each Officer
and Servant with their Opinion whether any and which of their Gratuitys
Salaries and Wages are fill to be increased or lessned with their Opinion upon
the said Orders and for that purpose the Clerk is to Summons the several Committees
once in a fortnight or oftner if they think proper untill the said Committees shall
have made their Several Reports.
Auditors added to audit Accot}
Ordered that a Committee of Governors be now named who with the
Auditors already appointed shall make together in Number 17 of which any
five shall have power to look into and examine all the Accounts relating to the
Revenues and Disbursements of both Hospitals and to State the same to a General
Court at least once in twelve Months and for that purpose the Clerk is to Summons
the severall Committees once in a fortnight or oftner if they think proper untill the
said Committees shall have made their several Reports And accordingly Mr.
