Upon reading the humble Petition of the four Beadles and
Portersman of this hospital for their usual Gratnitys of forty Shillings
a peice in respect of the halfe year ending at Christmas last
for their Salaries are but Small It is Ordered that ye Clerke
of these hospitals do give and pay unto them forty Shillings a
peice to be allowed him in his next account

For that the said Raine run away last Monday & entired ye two others
along with him with an intent to go on board a Ship but was brot. home
last night That he had borrowed a Gold King of his Mother & sold it
had run away Several times before & had Sold the Cloths Which ye Govr.
gave himThat Busher & homer run away with Raine & were
brought home by their Mothers on Wednesday nightUpon
examination of ye matter Busher & homer said they were tempted away
by Raine & promised amendmt. for ye future upon which they were
reprimanded by Mr president & Sent house to their Master But Raine
haveing nothing to say in her Vindication It was Ordered that ye

was done accordingly.
