how much I feet obliged by his & the other Exam Attention to the Int. of the Hospl
I big leave to observe, that when a reciputable Agent possessing that Sentiments
of the Trearenes, enters into Constable Sir littery arry of the Hospital Estates it
renily fails, of receiveng the full Confirmation of the Committee; but it is thought
decover to make the Conhart, enable Cases, only is to then Approbation.

Sir

By desire of the Treasure I trouble you to acquaine you that
a Committee of the Governors of this Hospital held then day has con.
firmed the Agreement prepared and by your with the Mr. Hamlins &
the Treasurer has signed it on behalf of the Hospital, & it well be
stamped Tomorrow & sent to you to satisfy the Terrants, & you will
please thin to return it for the Purpose of having the lease prepared.
The Treasurer preserves you are aware & that the Tenant is apprized
that upon every Assesment of a lease of this Hospital Property
an Alunation fine of one there part of the rent is payable, which
of Course will be inserted in the lease, also a Covenant not to underler
without the Hospitals Consent, Also that the Tenants are expected
to ensure the buildings for the Sum at which you shall value
them, which Valuation the Treasurer requests you to make for this
Purpose Mr. Deaves writer to Mr. Harmlen to inform them of the
Confirmation of the Agreement

Agreeably to the Desire of Mr. Webb, I write to inform you that
at a Grand Committee of the Governors of this Hospital held here this
day, the Agreement with you for letting the Pewsey Same has been
confirmed. the Agreement will be signed by the Treasure, on the part
of the Hospital, & then stamped & returned to Mr. Webb to be stain
to your for your Satisfaction, or for your having a Copy of at taken.
you may therefore now are your deligence in preparing that and for
Turness & other Perposes presevers to your taking full Possessionfrom
of it from Meetmas near; & I heartly went you Health & Peupuity
upon the farm, What you may continue Tenants to the Hospital
for many Generations

to beg the favour if you (if you cure stable emporsered) to remet the Sum Men
