The Houses No 189 & 193/4 in the Borough being out
of lease at Michaelmas near. I request you will please to
give immediately Directions for then being put into Repair
agreeable to then Contracts well the Hospital.

In Answer to your favour I acquaint you that I have
seen the Treasure of the Hospital, & communicated to him your
letter by wheel at appears that you are not likely to meet
will any difficulty will Mr Hoskins, & request that you
will on behalf of the Hospital obtain possession of the plan so
as to give possession to Mr Hussy in the 25 March neat. Also
that you well have the Goodness in behalf of the Hospital to
receive the Sum awarded for defects in Repairs £71.5.3 &
£10 for the Year rent to the Expiration of the lease. The real
from that Time to Ladyday next, (the Time of her quittery) the
Hospital well expect to be a layer rent. Mr Hussy you know as
to give £40 P Ann. clear of all Deductions, wheel should be
that wheel the Hultos him should pay, & your will get it if you can
but the Treasurer will leave it will you to do the but you can
for the Hospital: if he quits the Premises quickly at had yd any &

Tho. Treasurer would be happy to accommodate Mr Hussys much
respecting the Pursuance, but it is an invariable rate mast
the Hospital to have all then Insurances made in Town
at the Load on Assurance Officer, what he is or my he is not at
liberty to despense with in the present OccasionFor the
Purpose of ensuing it will be necessary for the Hospital to
have the Particulars of the plan to be ensured, for the Particular
Enquaries respects wheel I will be able you to refer to a Letter
writter by Mr Duvan to Mr Hussy in the 18 Jany last

I find by your Letter to Mr Beevers of yesterdays dale that
it in the Intention of the Kennett & Avon Canal Co. to art lb20' from
of the Hospital Estate at Pervrey, & as at is probable they have
parliament any Authority for so doing, it only remains with
in to take Care that the Hospital receives full value for the same.
