& un I [..] firm you that Letter wrote to you by the Tuesdays
& Friday's Post reach you as soon as if sent on the preceeding inter-
-mediates days, I have delayed till Today to acknowledge the Receipt
of it.

Having been satisfied by Mr Wainewright that Perry's Con-
-veyance was complete & irecuted, I have withdrawn it from Prescott,
Banty House, where at was lodged, having paid £271.8.9. for the
Purchase, with Int from Michs. & & 10. for futures apprased to
I Day which he is to repay, Had not some Memorandum of
then fixtures better be then in order to decreminate what they are
that the Occupier has a right to sell or take away.

Gurwood's Darrets & Stantin's Buildings are insured, but
Rickett's Tucks & Day's stand at Resque. Mr Rubman [..]
me with a Survey of Rukitts which he values at £1600; which is surely
too highr & in which I shall take the Treasurers Opinion before I make

Person for the same well not be admitted, as in Case you
declare occupying them an Arrangement is already made
