of Ward & at To day, Value £337.4.5 & your un draft
on Houses £18.6.11 Making £355.11.5 which with £106.1.2
left in your hands to do the Repair of the buildings as agreed

of £51.8.6 for Commo. on litting the Estate including the
Clarke Journey, I allow to be reasonable go do not doubt your
exerting yourself in the will Management of this important
farm Property. I am being Backliff to the Estate should
have been described as Mamal Servant to the Governors of Sr.
Thomas's Hospital which being done under a similar Circum
stance reduces the Tax to a Guinea. I have us Objector to your
paying him the Salary of £2.126 for the year 1804 as he seeing
