Since your letter of the 27 Nov. on the Subject of Mr Bartons
Arrears, and Mr. Alden Proposal for an Exchange of land for
the Searshaws, I have heard with cry from you thereon; the
latter bury a business of considerable Main cut to the Hospital
I hope you will be enabled to make a desirable Arrangement so as
to benefit the Interests to both Parties; infact, I am purcended
we had better give him the Cart of the Seals rather than go on
in the Way we have done, Vegt. having land without is road to it
please to favour me will your Sentiments as sam acpapable.

Lady Aylerfords Death being reported to me I think it
necessary to give immediate Notice to the Tenants if Pewsey
that they must not from the Term of her decease put any
Rents but to you as Agree for St. Thomas Hospital.

you will be pleased to take every necessary Step for accuracy
the Intereds of St. Thomas's Hospital & acquaint in thereof;
it is my Intention to crossed down in a week or two.

Since I wrote you the Morning on the Subject of Lady
Aylesfords Death I have received your Letter annexing the
Ward Request to have the Hooper family continued Tenants
with your Answer theretoHaving written you that it is
my Intention to vent the Estate preserve to entering upon
any importance Arrangements, the Tenants ment not expect
any Promise tell me out the State of then Management, the
Condition of then buildings Etc Etc, & as res desirable as a
should become popeped of the fan value of the Estate as seen
arpopable I have to requist you well immediately serve each
of the Tenants with a regular notice to year to be taken
from Lady day near immediately in the Receipt of this, &
that you will adverse me thereof: the Puprecty of the Rip is
such as to render it enderparsable, nevertheless at does per-
-clude over giving accect Preference to the Hoferce as on Rever
regation case many think them entitle to be
