Dear Sir

Mr. Beevers has submitted to me the Apegments set above
to part of the property held by the Extoes of the late Mr Flight, day
consider that dividing Hub dividing any pair of a lease granted to
an Individual by the Hocketal may lead to considerable difficulty
in keeping our Accounts I beg to demen to the Execution of the dead
tell you & I weigh well a business if or much Importance to the
Hospital

Sir

Sr given me pleasure to find our Apair as Pewsey likely to go on
so will under your Management. The small Addition of Prem for
Insurance on the Building I should be glad you Prevated an the
Tenant to pay agreeable to the Usage of the Hospital, which as [..]
£5.11- but should he poentedly object thereto you in art not
prepit too hard upon hair

I have every Reason to recommend Your continuing to act
for us at Pewsey & cannot doubt year executed yourself in for
money the Interest of the Hospital in a Concern of so much
Insurance.

Gentlemen

Annexed I send you the Copy of a Letter from Mr Boswell received
in Dustaras & of more to him infiby; and not being able to seen mize
what can have occasioned the delay if his accounting for rent Etc recd.
byfromof Mr. Horkens, I have to request the favour of you to ask
them for an Explanation, and either to receive his Account with
the balance, or desire him to reneat it to me without further delay

For want of a destines Value which I have several times asked
for, the Insurance on the Dustings lett to you remains suspended
& at your Resgue. Will you have the Goadness either of yourselves
or by Mr. Binsted to value the buildings separately & let me know it
& tho Insurance shall be immediately done & the Account certificate to
you for which you can remit me with the half year rent dear
as Michalmas last, & infuture you well please to remit the
rent annually soon after Michaelmas.

your Time which wits £8.2there warden as Meets last ½ years
