Since my Letter to you of the 24 April last, to which
I beg leave to refer you, we have not been favoured with any
of your Communications: I am afraid therefore either that the
Settlement with Mr Hoskins has escaped your Messerey, a that
some Obstacle has are in to present the Completion of it, whatever
it may by please to advise me for the Information of the Treasurer.
& I have further to request that you will obtain from Mr Bensted
a Ground Plot of the Buildings, then description & value (making
in the whole £600) for the purpose of ensuing them, as they
now stand at Rerque; & when done, I will send you the Amot.
of the Informance to be received of Messrs. Henry H: And your
will be or good also as to pay Mr Bensted bill before you make
a final Remittance.I am etc.J.B.

The Treasurer of this Hospital having apprented Mr J
davy of Great Parndon in Essex, Gamekeeper of the Hospital
Manors there, enclosed I send you the deputation for the
Purpose of its being reparted in your Office, You well be so
good as to do the needful, & return it to me by the fast Op-
portunity, informing me who is your Agent in Town to whom
I can pay the Expence of the Certificate Etc Etc, & whether it
may be paid to him annually without any further Applica
-tion to you.I am Etc.J.B

I have great pleasure in complying will your Request, &
shall be glad Kidders Appointment may be a Means of pre-
-servery the Rights of the Hospital, which I am anxcries to
Maintain.It will be necessary to have the deputation
rejected by the Clerk of the peace for the County.

When you are in Town for the Winter, I shall be glad to
have the pleasure of sury you.

The Deputation Stamp is 26/- which, if your well have
the Goodness to pay to Mr Drawing, he can include it in his
