Sir

The Sketch you have sent me of the Tibshelf Mechmas rest for
well enable me to settle to the August of 1805 with Hospital broke best
as we settle be the working of the Colling every year from Lady day to Lady
day, the To behalf Account received from you last July should have
charged the Collery with £142 entered of £80 & them it would have
come regularly into the years Account; as it is the Senplen working of
the Colleny above 2 Acres not being stated till the Answer I expect to
receive from you the Mouth, I am under the Necessity of anticipating
it by debetting you Account will £62. on the 31 Dec Infuture
if you will be do good as to make up the Colley Acct when you state the
Lady day Rent we shall awed falling into this Determine.

This leave so upon you to the last Beweck Account in wheel I think
you well discover an error. In the Michmas 1804 Acct. (received
from you last July) you charge yourself with £25 for the rent charge
sent of Dringhouses, I you carry forward £79.12. for Mr. Darkins
Arrears. In the Lady day 1805 Acct. (reced from you last Month)
you charge yourself to Mr. Barlow in two Serry Vizt. £19.18. & £59.14
of take credit £79.12 (the Accot.) received as the Hospital
So far right, but you also again charge youself will £5.2 from
Nulpream, wheel had been entered in the former Account. It sums
therefore that you have charged yourself with & remitted £5.2. too
much, which you will please to take credit for out of the next
Berwick rents.

When the Excharge of land at,
Bewick is fully carred into effect, will you so good arts lay
is down on your plan, & if your it (as I conclude it is) on the
same Seale as the one we have in the Hospital, if you Put the
land we receive for the Sean have on a Sheet of Paper, on the
Map, & experings the Sean have, I will be obliged to you also for the
Quantity by of Ares in the Berwick Estate, as there is no Table or
Scherable of Contents on as the plan is the Hospital
