I have to thank you for your Communication in the
Subject of the Hospital Estate at Gosport & as Mr Benikes Peo
for at fir lettery is by Advatisement, subject to sundry Rutree
tions or a lease for 21 Years is conformable to the Sentenents
of the 5 Committee of the Copualm, Inquire the favour of your
giving them Inctrumhens to advertize the same to be lett in as
public a Manner as popath at Gosport, after its being adver
tized in the proper local New paper, also by hand balls; & as
Mr Edm. Cobb Hurry< no role > has intend to be a Purchaser, you
will have the Goodness to give him the ParticularsThe
Improvement of the Revenue of the extreme & important
public Charity being a great Object to all the Governors, but
particularly to myself who told so honorary an Office
I will thank you It forwendure a Copy of the Advertsament as
it is likely I may be down at the Terme of Sab.

he had moved exphem sooner because he would then have met

He had been as Parndon enter way to Town to receive the
Rents of the other Tenants the concern, as he had suspected
& fixed a Rest day with the Tenants they that you had come
to Town with a View to wade [..] ham. Ide that how ever
