the London Assurance Ct. have taken an Insurance for
7 years of £1500 on your farm buildings for which I
have paid them £22.1.-. This Sum you will please
to remit me immediately, as the Insurance belongs to the
Lessee, thebeforeHospital only for the Sake of Regularly
in the Insurances taking upon itself the Trouble of seeing
that they are done.

Turn the general Sentiments of the Treasurer I cannot
give you a Hope that he will taken to any Proposal
for the Hospital to lay sat Money in new or additional
buildings: the Tennis press upon us to hard to allow it, &
unless it was upon an Agrument for a new least, is there
was a Covenant to that Purpose, there sums no Ground
for asking it, unless the Tenant who is to receive the
Accommadation was to share in the expences of it.

I by leave to inform you that at a Mulery of the Grand
Committee of the Hospital on the 11 Just. the Treasurer
reported that the Hospital Estate situate in the Settle Back
as Gospect, having been publickly advertised had been let
to you by Auction on a Leave for 21 Years from Ladyday next
as a Rent of £40 P Ann. clear of the Landtax & all other
Taxes, the Lesser to put the Premises into repair to the Appro
-vation of the Surveyor appointed by the Hospital, Ho keep
them in Repair & to ensure than it not less than £600.
This Report Hillery having been apud to by the Committee
is entered on than Minutes & at a proper time the lease well
be made out & sent to your for Execution.

The Treasurer in a Letter to Mr Lend your in Stev:
desired him to communicate her Weck that you would assume
a controllery Power ever the Tenant in Possession so as to get
us of than at Ladyday, if you Judge it proper; but he knows
not been that Matter stares having had no Satse quint Com-
-munications from Me Lendepren. Mr Hoskins, as Holoer
of Damans lease has no right in the Premises sence Lady-
-day last, when the Lease expired, & the Tenant in Possession
ought to pay the rest since that Time to the Hospital.
