Sir

I have this day Submitted Mr. Easterby's ferry Report of the been
of Perry to the Grand Committee, who agree impowers you to
let the farm to Messrs White for 12 years (provined then Character &
Responsibility are appeared of by you) for £1050 P Ann the
System of Husbasedry Etc to be regulated by yourself We also
appear if your Mode if settling with the Executors of the late
Tenant: thin for every Thing is perfectly clear Differs having
the land intended for him will lead to the Abatement you name
from White's Rent. The Committee have give me power to
have any buildings erected upon the farm will a View to its further
improvement that I may desert in Consequence I should much
like to have the Soet of them built near the Nain that we
thought could be done without much expence from the Matercats
which may be taken down from the old farm House & Offices's
& as this would lead to another the mentall, Seventually enable as
to divided the farm into Parts, I by you will please to end carrier
to negociate will the Tenants a that the Home be calculated
for the Residence of one of the Brothers, & that they pay a
Moderle percentage on the Money laid out; it well certainly
be agreet Accommodation to them, & they ought to be oblyed K

Mr. Crimwell having puppunally answered your letter
of the 9th remain will me to reply to your last of the 20th.
May which so admitted to the Grard Committee on Wednesday
last, who agree with me in thinking you have acted with
great Judgment & Attention to the internt of the Hospital
All duputed Points being now at rest, you will be pleased to
have the land allotted to as property annexd to the small
Map you have of the title & forwarded to me when it all
