Mr. Stockeld having come to an Agreement with Mr. Farr
for the Assessment of his lease, the Parker Lease this day seen
the Treasurer here; Mr. Stockeld & Accot. is settled & Mr. Farr is to
take Possesion in a few days. I tour he will be a good
Tenant upon the farm, throw enough of her Companies to be
satisfied he will be a safe one.

Sir
Mr. Fair occuring indifferent about the Savoy land, & the
Treasurer having made a Promise of it to Mr. Tuck when he was
at Parrdon I write to Parrdon by this Port to inform Mr.
Tuck that he is to her, it, & you, as the Agent of Mr. Stockeld,
are desired to give him Possession of it.

The Treasurer desires you will inform Mr. Tuck that
the Promise he made him of the Savoy land, as soon as Mr. Stockeld
had desired of his lease, he is new able to fulfilI have
evert to Mr. Camp, who acts for Mr. Stockeld, to Pass Mr. Tuck
in Possession of it. what I doubt not he will do when he turns
over the farm to Mr. Fair.

The Treasurer having agreed that Mr. Stockeld shall
assign the lease of her farm to Mr. Fair, the latter becomes of
Course intilled to the Possession of all the land included in that
lease, in which is a Close or Peice of land which Mr. Stockeld
had under tell to you, and which you are hereby required to
deliver up to Mr. Fair without any Esascon or delay.
Added - The pieces the Treasurer proposes
paying term for Gaine

The Treasurer not having Time to write to your himself (not
being yet settled here) he has directed unto [..] dge the
Receipt of Your Letter of the 8th. ass nearly the 13 week ay [..] for
last Lady day Rents, & enclosing Bills to the Account of £297.15-
which when in Cark will be placed to your Credit. The Accot.
itself appear correct but I very much dealt whither I shell
we discover from what Cause [..] Circumstances the Ane [..]
appurently cautions on the Tibshelf & Bewick Accots. in the
Hospital Ledger (which I adverted to in a former letter) have
arisen I [..] to Cheak it is in Errse of the late
Receiver in [..] the Accounts, in which Credit has not properly
