One of the Bills you remitted to me about a fortnight ago
d [..] by Mr. Bowen an or John Branch< no role > of £57.18 was due
Yesterday cases not paid; it has been duly to noted & [..]
to you by Cantrell Taylor & Co; it will be & upon to reform them
of the Circumstance, & let me know if the Bill must be returned,
and had been noted there is no danger unkeeping it a few
days.

Mr. John Sharpe< no role > called this day & paid £45.13.11 which
is placed to your Credit on Tibshelf Account. He was speaks
about her Lease & having laid out a considerable Sum, he
hoped it would be considered in the Rent or Term; here fur the
Money laid out is for her Accommodation, or the [..] -
-ment of the farm you can been judge: I could only re [..]
to you to decus up a conditional A [..] ment for the Appro-
-taken of the Committee.

The enclosed Bill £57.18-well not be paid by the
Accepter I Branch; have therefore returned it. I suppose you
have applied to Cantrell Taylor & Co: as advised in my last, if they
replace it to you it will be well, or else I fear or will be a
bad affair.

Sir
I duly reced your of 18th. inclosing a Bill on Sir Jas Esdaile
& Co. for One hundred & ninety Pounds which is placed to your
Credit. I also reced yours of 1st this letters is in Rent at fol. 104. Jany will the Estimate of
Tulbourn farm which inches a clear rent £122. instead of
£96. There is ad cal of land for the Money; whether at [..]
worth white to cater into a Competition is not [..] to be
determined, or presence Things go at a high rate, the Committee
well rent likely meet perhaps the Middle if near the oath; use
have no pre [..] Time but well tun [..] inform you. I
have [..] well its at to Willings tall & Nec [..]
In [..] who will perfectly on the former soon, & the
Attorney ( I [..] ) of the Letter: he well be her again the 30th.
will then mention the Affair of Holden, also [..] when
Lan hour was to pay for the difference of land, I never head
a [..] of it till by your letter I quite agree will you that
it will be proper to Hospital what any Allen were as made, this
it is or Condition of then keeping P [..] of the Premisses.
