being wen for Disbursements of some Kind or other, which ought
to have been wrote off the Accounts. It will be my Week & desires
when the Accounts are once relefed always to keep them so.

The Treasurer, I believe proposes writing to you soon himself
& referring you to him

Sir
I requested Mr. Toyner of Avely, some Time ago, to inform you
that your Lease is quite ready, & only wants your Hand to com-
plete it. The Expence of it will be £9.17

It is now my duty to inform you, as to remind you, if you
have been informed of it before, that the Grand Committee of this
Hospital, came to a Resolution last year & ordered that the Rents
of the seventy Estates should be paid within six Months after
they became due. You will therefore please to attend to this Reso-
-lution & make Payment of the half Year Rent for your future
due at Lady day last.

Nov. 14. 1800.Wrote to inform him of an Insurance on her farm
Buildings if £1500. if which 1 years 1 qr. & 4 days were unexpired at
Michmas last, when the Premises were assigned to Mr. NacheThe Proportion
to be received from the Nache is £12.4.

The server to acknowledge the Rect. of your Letter of the 24th.
Inst. inclosing adress of Messrs. Tomkins & Co. one Nerath after doth
on Rectd. Fuller & C: for £92.18.8. which will the Vouchers for
Land tax & Give rent makes £100 & is in full for a Years rent of
your farm due to this Hospital at Michmas last.

It is the Intention of the Treasurer as a proper Opportunity
to take a View of all the Hospital Estates & he Fall in himself herself
find the Buildings in good Condition the farms will [..] tered
Accuracy to the State in which he find them, he will ne [..] party
forms Judgement of the Charactor of the Tenants, & will not in
his Book of Remembrance such of them as are worthy of Es [..]
[..] rajneat & such as deserve Repickenson, & they may export his
future Balancesen towards them will be granded upon the
Opener Lithen forms of then Conduct.
