Dear Sir
I am this day favoured with yours of the 5. Inss. covering
adress dated 26s. [..] at 21 days on Exdactes Value £300. which
when paid will of Course be carried to Your verdict Your proposed
plan of sending Your annual Account by the end of the
present Month is very satisfactory, as such Regularity will
of Course lead to Punctuality on the Part of the Tenants.
The only Prevelige the Treasurer has being that of
granting deputations to the different Manses I think you
will agree with me in the Property of my Reputating for a

Cosideration whether it well not be a good plan for you to
derect those under your Management to take it by Terms
