Sir

I am much pleased to find by your Letter of the 2. Inst to
Mr. Beeven that the Kentish Horne answer so well upon the
Estates you have seemed; in Consequence I have to request that
you will be so good a lose no Time in writing to Mr Baldock
at New Hithe for such a Gunntity as you think necessary it
occurs to me that it as more proper the Order should go from
yourself as you must be the but Judge when the Tide Etc Etc
willout fix mayery on the Work.

I received your letter from Coventry of the 19. Uls. will the
Accounts relative to the Colliery end of the 31st decr. last: as you
then proposed forward say the remaining Accounts on your Return
to Tibshelf, I have not acknowledged the Recept thereof, or giving
my Sentiments on the made of keepg the same, which I much
approve of, only requesting that gives Punctuality may be observed
inforwarding them regularly after the first Monday wth Month
whether you are at house or not, for wheel Purpose Isteald be
glad the Clerk or person who attend the envalue, ver. Henry
Wild
< no role > may be furnished wall paper properly rated for Lucy the
Account that he, in your Observer be directed to make a Parcel
of it Horward it perfectly to the Hospital is the Teske of
printed by which Means the Concern will be conducted in a
Way cary familiar & I shall be enabled to judge will you
the but means of proudey the Interests of the Hospitals as
far as relates to this Concern.

I came not assed then by that the Bervect Estate, the reals of
which were fixed 12 years ago will certainly hear an Advance
Altho it is by no Means my wish this the Tenants should be
reached or made uncomfortable within Situations nevertheless
whilst I have the Heaven of presiding here, I shall think it my
duty to endeavour to presoble [..] the Intacts of the Concern by
having fair & aquitable Rents paid for the EstatesThis Elects
certains 852 Acres of os tell for is £585 P Ann, abt 13/9 P Acer
of when the great Advance wheel has taken place in every They
withen the last 12 years is taken into Consideration it certainly
believes in to lack little into these Attain when do you recom-
mend being done respects the recd to the Searshaws.
