I received your Note dated 28th April stating
that Mr. Taylor our Tenant had ached on the Waste at
Hackney: We have as Tenant of that Name, nor do I know
what it refers to. An further Information every Thing proper
will be attended to.

I duly reced yours of the 5th. covering two Bills Value £225.15.
in part of Bewicke Rents to Michmas. The Attention about Mr.
Sharpe is made & it stands as £900. I have spoke to Mr. Cromwell
but can say nothing about the Road to the Sears Laws. If any
body comes down, I think it will be Mr. Cromwell & myself, but can't
certainly fox: as all Events insted of Tuesday for setting out, it
must be Thursday the 22d. having a purse cut an Engagement on
the interday. Mr Cromwell will attend to your lease
he thinks it was completed that he has one part & thought you
had the other, but it ment be settled.

Sir
I am directed by the Treasurer to ruined you that, agreeable
to the Resolution of the Grand Committee, the half Years rent due
from you at Michmas last, ought to have been paid at or
before Ladyday. As this has not been done, he desires You
will take Care to pay it before the next Meeting of the Committee

I by your Paid on for deferring so long an Answer
to your favour but I wicked first to or the Treasurer of the
Hospital, which I have done this day, who authorzes me to say
that he sees no Objection to the proposed Measure of Inclosure so far
as the Hospital appears to be in interested, whose Property in that Parish
is small. I can with great Truth cass [..] Apprentice of your
having the Conduct of the Proposed Measure which I am serv
will be indirected as it ought to be under your directions.
