The Governours therefore Desire the favour of you to talk with
the proper Officers of the Colledge and request them to Shew you
what they Claim ask to the Sheep walk and know
Long and how they Apprehend they have been entitled: to the
End the Matter may be Adjusted without trouble to any of ye
Concerned the Gent. of ye. hospital having no inclination to
Injure any one but bartly: preserve their Rights which their trust
Obliges them to and they are ready on their part to give all possible
satisfaction as to any Claim they have

This being what I have in Command I ought to give you no further
Trouble but to beg the favour of your answer as soon as I shall
be with your conveniency and Subscribe my Self

Mr Fracey
You are to make a Survey & Plan of the estate belong-
-ing to St Thomas's Hospital at Cherry Hinton near
Cambridge upon which Survey you are desired to
observe the quantitys according to the common
Estimation of the Countrey as well as theesStatute
measure, but to keep the quantitys private so that
they may not be known to the people there

You are likewise desired to view the Lands where in
the Hospital has a Sheep Walk and lay down a Sketch
of the same so as to shew how it lyes & the extent of it

In order to compleat this business you are to apply
to Walter Serocold< no role > Esqr who lives at Cherry Hinton
and at present occupy's the whole estate and he
