Sr
The Governours of this hospital having an affair in
your Neighbourhood where in you may do a kindness
to the hospital I have been assured by Mr Joye their Treasurer
and Dr Hulse one of their members that you will be so-
good as to oblige them with your Assistance and thereupon
I have their direction to address my Self to You

The Case is this
The Hospital are owners of the Manner of Hinton
Netherhall and the heirs of Sr . Wm. Willys< no role > are owners of the
adjacent Manner of Hinton Over hall , to which Manners
has Antiently belonged a Sheep Walk which has been Long
held by the Tenant Mr. Serocold and the Governours of the
hospital apprehended that the Sheep walk was the equal
property of the Lords of Both those Manners, but lately
they have been informed that Peter house Colledge Claims
some share in that Sheep walk

I was a Cambridge the last Vacation and applyd to the
Burser of that Colledge to be further informd of their Claims
but Several of the Gentlemen being Absent I could not
acquire any more knowledge concerning it
