Lombard Street , where we shall meet, So I Shall expect
to meet you accordingly, pray a line the recept of

Your name is given me from Mr. Pottinger thro' Mr. Theobald
as a proper person to Vallue the Standing Timber on a Large
Farme near Harrow on the Hill , in Middx about 14 Miles from
London & the Seller desire, that Wednesday in Easter Week
being the 21st. instant may be the day to meet there, & I
desire you to give me a Line by next post if it will suit you
to be here about that time, & if you will call on me on the
Tuesday before at St. Thomas's Hospital in Southwark . or
at Mr. Matthew's house in Sherborn Lane behind the Post Office
in Lumbard Street who is Clerk to this Hospl. an Appointment
will be made for a Man to Attend you early on ye. Wednesday
Morning to go to the Place. It is said she Timber is worth
about £1000 & it Stands in hedge rowes, So that I Suppose
it won't be very tedious, You Shall be gratifyed for
your paines & trouble, pray let me have a line
