The Gentlemen of the Hospital from your repeated disapoint=
=ment of makeing good your promises of paying your arrear,
or rent, or any part of them, are grown out of Patience
which I thought fit to acquaint you with all that you
may if you please, prevent trouble & Charge

The Treasurer desires the Hospital accompt for this
year may be made up soon as possible, and in order
to it I shall send you the last Years Rentals very
soon after Lady day & in the Mean time am
getting things as forward as I can, of which I
am order'd to send you this Notice that you
may be in readiness

There is due to this Hospital a Arrear of four Years
& a half at Xmas last for the Annuty of Mr. Minors
Gift. Which has been usually paid by you; I am
therefore directed by the Governors to Acquaint you
that they desire you'l please to order the payment
thereof
