The Governors of this Hospital have received
Your Notice for payment of an Arrear of a quit rent issuing
out of a house called the Bull in Southwark, whereupon
I am directed to Signify to you that there's due to
this Hospital £81:5:0 from the Bridgehouse for 16 Years
and a Quarter arrears of an Annuity of £5 P Ann due
at Christmas last and I shall be ready to wit
on you when you'll please to appoint for Setling
& Clearing this Account I beg the favour of
your answer

I have yours of the 12th, And the Treasurer
being acquainted with its contents would have
you to buy Timber proper for the Barn floor
that it may be done out of hand when the
Timber is bought Mr Sankey I suppose will pay
for it and take allowance on his rent
