Order for Mr. Thos. Northcote< no role >
to cause that part of Hicks hall
wch. was damaged by the late
great wind to be repaired and
to lay an Account of the
charge thereof before the
Committee who are to
report Etc.}

Information being given unto this Court by Mr. Thomas
Northcote
< no role > House Keeper of the Sessions house called Hicks Hall in St.
John Street in this County that the Said Sessions house is
Damaged by the late great Storm of wind, And the Said Mr.
Northcote praying that this Court would Order the Said
Sessions house to be repaired, It is Ordered by this Court that the
Said Mr. Northcote do cause that part of the Said Sessions house
which was damaged by the late great wind to be forthwith
repaired, And that he do lay before the Committee of his
Majesty's Justices of the peace for this County appointed to
inspect the publick accounts of the Said County or any three of
them an account what money he shall have paid and to
whom, for the Said repaires, And the Said Committee after
Seeing the Bond by him given upon his admission to be
Housekeeper of Hicks hall be desired to report their opinion
relating thereto, to the Court of Quarter Sessions of the peace
for this County.

Order for Mr. Johh Higgs the< no role >
Treasurer to pay the charge
of repairing the offices of the
Clerks of the Indictmts. in the
Court yard of Hicks hall , and
to be allowed the Same in
his account}

It is Ordered by this Court that what money hath been expended
by Mr. Francis Lindon< no role > one of the Clerks of the Indictments of the
Sessions of the peace for this County in & about the necessary
repairs of his office in the Court yard of Hicks hall be paid to him
by Mr. John Higgs< no role > Treasurer of this County, And that the same be
allowed to the Said Treasurer in his Account, And this Court doth
further Order that what money hath been expended by the Said
Mr. Higgs (who is the other Clerk of the indictments of the Sessions
of the peace for the Said County) in & about the necessary repaires
of his office in the Court yard of Hicks hall aforesaid be allowed to
him in his account as Treasurer of this County.

Order directing the making
of a Key, and mending [..]
& pulley ar Hicks hall and to
be paid for by Mr. Higgs the
Treasurer }

It is Ordered by this Court that a Key be made for the Door of the
Second Dining Room of Hicks hall , and that the bolt be
mended, And that the pulley of the Door of the Great Dining
Room be also mended, And that the charge of doing the Said
matters be paid Mr. Higgs the Treasurer and be allowed to
him in his account.
