alone or together, whose Names were contained in one
Pass,aboveAnd that by the Said Order It is referred to the
Justices of the peace in Sessions to make a further allowance
for the maintaining & conveying of Such Vagrants Etc
So passed in case of Sickness or impotency, And that the
Petr. hath Since the Said Order had Several passes directed
to him to convey persons into Several Countys, In which
Passes there have been Some times four and more besides
Several children, Which hath been a very great expence to
the Petr. more than the present allowance, And that the
Petr.is at present upwards of Fifty pounds out of Pocket for
moneys laid out and expended on this occasion, Several of
the persons being Cripples or so ill that the Petr. was and is
obliged to provide [..] proper carriages for them And
the petr. thereforeprayedpraying that this Court will be
pleased to Order him the payment of the present expence
he hath been at, and to make such allowance (if more
than one in a Pass) as also an allowance for the payment
of the Duplicate, Which costs the petr. Four pence a peice
over & above the Six pence by the Mile, as to this Court Shall
Seem meet, whereupon It is Ordered by this Court that it be
And It is hereby recomended and referred unto the

(appointing to inspect & adjust the publick Accounts of the
