This Court upon consideration had of the Said Report doth
ratify and confirm the Same, And doth allow of the
aforesaid Accounts of the Said Mr. Higgs as Settled & adjusted
by the Said Report, And doth Order that the Accounts of the
Said Mr. Higgs as Treasurer
for this County be by him kept
and Fairly entred in Some proper book or books for that
purpose in pursuance of the late Act and that the Accounts
be kept in Such manner as by the Said Report is directed.
