ought to be paid to the Said Keepers for Such charges, and what
allowance may be proper to be made to the Said Keepers
respectively for their trouble on account of the premisses This
Court upon reading the Said Report Doth direct that the rates &
allowances for maintaining and passing of Rogues Vagabonds
or incorrigible Rogues be the Same as are limited & appointed
by the Said Order of General Quarter Sessions made in July last
And do so continue until father Order of the Court of General
Quarter or General Sessions of the peace for this County to the
contrary, And that a proper Order be made by this Court for that
purpose, And as to so much of the Said Report as doth concern
the Keepers of the Houses of Correction in this County and recited
as above This Court doth ratify & confirm the Same, And this Court
being of opinion that the Said rates & prices shall not extend to
Such Rogues or Vagabonds as have been or shall be passed by
the Keepers of the Said Houses of Correction doth thereupon
direct that a Committee of Justices of the peace of this County
be from time to time appointed to inspect & examine after the
end of every three Months the accounts of the Keepers of the
Said House of Correction of the charges which they have or
shall have been at in passing & releiving Rogues & Vagabonds
or incorrigible Rogues in pursuance of the Said Act of
Parliament, and also the Certificates & Vouchers of the Said
Keepers, and to adjust what Sum of money ought to be paid
to the Said Keepers respectively for Such charges, and what
allowance may be proper to be made to them respectively
for their trouble on account of the premisses , to the intent
that Such Committee may make their Report thereof to the
Court of General Quarter or General Sessions of the peace for
this County

At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord< no role >
the King begun and holden for the County of Middlesex at Hicks
Hall, in St. John's street , in the County aforesaid, on Monday in the week
next after the Feast of the Epiphany (to wit) the twelfth day of January
in the fourteenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord< no role > George the
Second, King of Great Etc before Thomas Lane< no role > Esquire Sr. Edward Hill< no role >

and other their Fellows Justices of our Said Lord the King, assigned to
keep the peace in the County aforesaid, and also to hear and determine
divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdeeds committed in
the Same County and from thence continued Several Adjornments
until this Day (to wit) Thursday the fifteenth day of the Same
Month of January in the year aforesaid, and on the Same day
holden by Adjornment at Hicks Hall aforesaid in and
