The humble Peticon and Appeal of the Church-
Warden and Overseers of the Poor of the Hamlett of
Bethnall Green in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrt. or Order under the
hands and Seals of Sr. William Thomson< no role > Knt . and Sr. John Fryer< no role >
Knt . two of his Majties. Justices of the Peace for the Said City of London
(Quor unus) bearing Date the 16th. day of June last Mary Lee< no role > Wife
of John Lee< no role > with her two Children (vizt.) Ann< no role > aged about twenty
months and Mary< no role > aged about tenn Months were removed and
conveyed from the Parish of St Buttolph without Aldgate and
unto the Said Hamlett of Bethnall Green as the Place of their
last legall Settlement

That Your Peticonrs. conceive themselves Aggrieved by the
Order of the said two Justices and do thereof humbly Appeal again
the same. Praying Such relief in the Premisses as to your Worships
Judgement Shall Seem just.
