The humble petition and appeal of the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St Giles without Cripplegate London

Sheweth

That by a pass Warrant or order under the hander Seals of two of
his Maties Justices of the peace for the City of London (Quoris
Unns) bearing date the Fifteenth day of January last past
Ann Dangerfeild< no role > wife of John Dangerfeild< no role > with their Six
Children Vizt Richard< no role > aged Twelve years, Elizabeth< no role > Ten Years
Mary< no role > Eight Years, Sarah< no role > Six Years, John< no role > three years and Jane< no role >
one Years were removed from theand parish of St Ann within
Aldersgate London unto the said Parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate as the Place of their last legal Settlement

That your Petrs humbly conceiveing themselves
aggrieved by the said pass Warrant or order of the
said two Justices Do humbly appeal to your [..]
Honr: and Worpps there from And pray that you will
be pleased to hear them in the prmisses and that the
Churchwardens & overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of St Ann within Aldersgate may appear
before you and hear and abide th Judgment and
Determinacon of you Honr and Worpps touching
this appeal-
