the Rolls
as adjudged by the Sd. Justices to be then legall Setlemt. (as by
the said pass Warrt. may more fully appeare)
For as much as that your Petrs. find themselves aggrieved
by the said pass Warrt. doe humbly appeale to this Court
agt. the same
Humbly prays that this Court will appt. atimeday
for hearing of the same the next Genll Quartr. Session
& that they may be releived
