the 23d: day of July last Edward Hurst< no role > & Elizabeth< no role > his wife were
removed from yesaid Parish of St: Botolph without Aldgate London to our sd
[..] Parish of St: Botolph without
Aldgate in the County of Midlx by the Name of the
Liberty of Eastsmithfield in the Parish of St: Botolph
[..] without aldgate in ye. County of Midlx as
to the place of their last Legal Settlemt.

That ye. Petrs: think themselves agriev'd
by the sd. Order & humbly appeal to
this Honble Court agt. ye same

And pray that agr: Worspps would
be pleased to give them such relief
in ye premises as to yr: Worspps shall
seem meet.
