The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Allhallows on the
Wall London
Sheweth
That by a Pass Warrant or order under the hands & Seals of two
of his Maties Justices of the Peace for the City of London (Quorn
Unus) bearing Date the Fourth day of April instant

was removed from the Parish of St Botolph without
Bishopsgate
London unto the said Parish of Allhallows on the
Wall
as the Place of her last legal Settlement
That your Petitionrs conceineing themselves aggrieved
by the said Warrant or order of the said two Justices Do
humbly Appeal to your Worpps therefrom And pray
that your honr and Worpps will be pleased to hear them
in the prmisses and that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the Poor of the said Parish of St Botolph without
Bishopsgate may appear before you and hear and
abide the Judgment & Determinacon of your Honr
and Worpps touching this appeal
And they shall ever Pray Etc
