Thirdly this deponents James Southgate< no role > upon his Oath saith
that he keep's the sign of the Black horse as before mentioned
and hearing of the Robbery he made enquirey about it and whilst
the aforesaid Thomas Farguson< no role > went for a Constable he saw the
Prisoner Pull out of his Pocket a Guinea in Gold and nine
Shillings in silver, and a Silver Thimble which said Thimble
and Money [..] now Produced is the same
has the Prisoner pulled out of his Pocket and which Proves
to be the Property of Anna Humphries< no role > the before
mentioned Prosecutrix
